Are you able to wash my car during water restrictions?
Yes! We will bring our own well sourced water to wash your car for a $5 surcharge.
How long does each wash take?
Exterior wash: 30–40 min. Interior detail: 60–75 min. Deluxe: about 2-3 hours. We'll always give you a window when we confirm.
Do I need to be home?
Nope — as long as we have access to the car (and a hose hookup or you're cool with our water tank). We'll text or email when we arrive and when we're done.
What if it rains?
We'll reschedule the night before — no charge for weather cancellations. Light drizzle is fine for interior detail.
Is there a tip expected?
Never expected, always appreciated. The team is saving up for sports and activities
Are you insured?
We're a small neighborhood operation. We treat every car like our own. If something goes sideways, we make it right.
Can I get a recurring wash?
Yep — email us about a weekly or bi-weekly slot and we'll work out a small loyalty discount for you.
