Returns
All Slow ‘N Sear products, accessories, and Craycort products are covered by a 30-day,
100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us
at mjaik.info@gmail.com to request an RMA number and be provided with return
instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Products should be returned in original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. If we provide you a shipping label, our cost of the label will be deducted from your return. Due to regulatory requirements, charcoal and food items, such as our premium rubs, may not be returned.
